Windows // DJØF

I am too smart to sit here in a window

When you are looking for a new job you are very often competing with hundreds of other job seekers. How do you make sure you stand out in the eyes of the HR-manager receiving a massive number of job applications looking more or less the same? This calls for creative thinking.

In co-operation with DJØF (The Danish Union for economists and lawyers) we created an exhibition where job seekers could put themselves on display… actually sitting in our windows. You could scan a QR-code on the window and watch a presentation of the person sitting behind the glass. Or come inside and have a talk. Or why not learn more on their LinkedIn profile?

The event attracted huge local and global media interest. CNN, BBC, Wall Street Journal covered the event and local TV-stations like DR and TV2 reported live from our windows. But much more importantly, 7 out of 16 job seekers in our windows got a job. It pays off to think creatively and dare to stand out.
